TerraPointe's real estate holdings are segregated into three groups: HBU development, HBU rural and nonstrategic timberlands. Development properties are predominantly located in the 11 coastal counties between Savannah, Ga., and Daytona Beach, Fla. Our strategy is to pursue and obtain entitlements for selected development properties, to sell rural properties at a premium to timberland values and to divest nonstrategic timberland holdings that do not meet our investment criteria.
